摘要
为了进一步降低风电场建设成本,从风电场传输部分集电线路电缆设计出发,结合电缆寿命周期特性、电缆经济截面选择两个方面进行优化设计,建立风电场集电线路电缆全寿命周期成本模型、电缆经济截面公式并确定模型约束条件和电缆参数,最终选出成本最低的电缆型号,从而提高整个风电场项目的全寿命周期经济效益。结合现有规程规范和工程示例,分析了35kV集电线路电缆的选型和计算方法,统计总结了四类风资源区的电缆经济截面数据,对于风电场的设计具有一定的参考价值。
In order to further reduce the construction cost of wind farms,starting from the design of wind farm transmission line cables,and combining the characteristics of cable life cycle and economic section determination,an optimization design is carried out.A cost model for the full life cycle of the wind farm transmission line cables and the formula for the cable economic section are established,with the model constraints,and the cable parameters determined.Finally the cable model with the lowest cost is determined,thus improving the full life-cycle economic benefits of the entire wind farm project.Based on existing regulations and engineering examples,the selection and calculation methods of 35 kV transmission line cables are analyzed,and the economic cross-section data of cables in four types of wind resource areas are statistically summarized,which has certain reference value for the design of wind farms.
