配电网自动化终端自适应托管式调试系统设计与实践

摘要 建立了一套基于最新计算机网络及软件技术,符合104标准通信规约,面向供电公司自动化和运检专业需求,并服务于配电自动化终端接入的自适应托管式终端联调系统。该系统将联调过程由联调系统与现场联调装置自动交互完成,既可保障联调工作标准化,又能缩短联调时间,节省各项成本。该系统的搭建,对于规范自动化终端接入联调以及联调工作的提质增效具有重要的实践意义。 The present work establishes an adaptive managed terminal joint debugging system which is based on state-of-the-art computer network and software technology and consistent with the 104 standard communication protocol,and which caters to the automation and operation inspection professional needs of power supply companies and serves the access of distribution automation terminals.The system performs automatic interaction between the joint debugging system and the on-site joint debugging device,ensuring the standardization of joint debugging work,shortening the joint debugging time,and saving various costs.The establishment of the system has important practical significance for standardizing the integration of automated terminals into joint debugging and improving the quality and efficiency of joint debugging work.
