摘要
为进一步探究化工工程供电方案的要点内容,以某地拟新建大型石油化工项目为例进行供电方案设计。首先,结合实际需要对项目整体负荷进行定量计算,并根据计算结果,对供电方案中的变压器进行选型设计。其次,根据项目拟采取的布置方案,对变电站和供电系统的线路设计方案予以确定,同时对电机设备的启动方案也进行了设计与验证。最后,考虑到供电系统可能出现的不可抗力因素,对供电系统的抗晃电技术方案予以补充,以确保该项目供电的可靠性。
In order to further explore the key points of the power supply scheme for chemical industry projects,this paper reports a case design of the power supply scheme for an actual newly built large-scale petrochemical project.First based on practical needs,the overall load of the project is quantitatively calculated,and transformers in the power supply scheme are selected and designed according to the calculation results.Second based on the proposed layout plan of the project,the circuit design scheme of the substation and power supply system is determined,and the starting scheme of the motor equipment is also designed and verified.Finally,considering the possible"force majeure"factors that may occur in the power supply system,the anti vibration technology scheme of the power supply system should be supplemented to ensure the reliability of the project's power supply.
