摘要
压水堆电厂在机组正式商运前会进行一次性能考核试验,以验证汽轮发电机组的出力是否达到保证值,随着运行燃料循环增多,机组热力系统相关的关键设备可能存在老化或不同程度的缺陷,导致循环热效率下降,严重时引起汽轮发电机组出力不足,影响电厂的经济效益。基于此,介绍了某电厂一台百万千瓦级M310压水堆汽轮发电机组满功率运行期间二回路热力性能诊断及分析工作的开展情况,为后续进一步建立标准化的电厂热力性能监督体系提供借鉴。
The pressurized water reactor(PWR)power plant will conduct performance assessment tests before the formal commercial operation of the unit to verify whether the output of the steam turbine generator unit reaches the guaranteed value.The thermal performance diagnosis and analysis work of the unit can timely detect and handle potential defects,and unleash the potential for power elevation.This paper mainly reports the progress of thermal performance diagnosis and analysis of the secondary circuit of a M310 PWR steam turbine generator unit in an actual plant during full power operation,trying to provide useful information for further establishment of a standardized thermal performance supervision system in the future.
