晋察冀边区首府张家口民族政策探研——以《晋察冀日报》为视角

A Study on the Ethnic Policy of Zhangjiakou,the Capital of the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Border Region——From the Perspective of The Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Daily

1945年8月-1946年10月,张家口市成为晋察冀边区首府。针对复杂时局和多民族杂居境况,中国共产党在张家口市推行新民主主义民族政策和开展少数民族解放运动,并通过《晋察冀日报》进行宣传和报道。这极大地增进了张家口市少数民族对党的民族政策的政治认同,激发起他们参与民主社会建设的政治热情,也唤醒了他们与中国共产党的命运共同体意识。

From August,1945 to October,1946,Zhangjiakou City was the capital of the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Border Region.In response to the complex political situation and the multi-ethnic situation,the Communist Party of China not only carried out but also publicized and reported by means of The Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Daily the new democratic ethnic policy and the liberation movement of ethnic minorities in Zhangjiakou City,which greatly enhanced the political identification of ethnic minorities with the Party’s ethnic policy,aroused the political enthusiasm of ethnic minorities to participate in the construction of a democratic society,and awakened the sense of a community of shared future between ethnic minorities and the Communist Party of China.
