张家口市碳排放区域差异及影响因素分析

An Analysis of Regional Differences and InfluencingFactors of Carbon Emission in Zhangjiakou City

运用Kaya恒等式和LMDI分解法研究张家口市2006—2020年碳排放分布特征与影响因素,并基于Theil指数分析区域差异。结果表明:县域碳排放强度呈下降趋势,且具有明显的区域差异;县域碳排放总体差异、区域内差异和区域间差异呈缩小趋势,其中区域内差异占主导地位;经济发展是碳排放增长的主要影响因素。因此,张家口市应围绕重点地区开展碳减排工作,加强地区间的交流合作,着力发展低碳经济新模式,提升能源使用效率。

By means of Kaya’s identity and LMDI decomposition,the paper studies the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of carbon emission in Zhangjiakou City from 2006 to 2020,and analyzes regional differences based on Theil index.The results show that the carbon emission intensity in counties shows a decreasing trend and a significant regional difference,the intra-regional and inter-regional differences in carbon emission at the county level are gradually decreasing,with intra-regional differences dominating,and economic development is the main influencing factor of carbon emission growth.In view of this situation,it is suggested that Zhangjiakou City should carry out carbon emission reduction work around key regions,strengthen regional exchanges and cooperation,focus on the development of new low-carbon economic model,and improve energy efficiency.
