摘要
课后服务是贯彻落实“双减”政策的重要举措,既为义务教育阶段教师工作带来新的挑战,也提出了新要求。从付出-回馈失衡理论的角度看,教师在参与课后服务过程中面临工作投入增加、激励与认可不足以及主动性欠缺等问题。对此提出完善教师参与课后服务工作安排、明确课后服务激励机制和优化课后服务管理模式,缓解教师工作压力。
After-school service,as an important measure to implement the“double reduction”policy,not only brings new challenges but also new demands to teachers in compulsory education.From the perspective of the effort-reward imbalance,teachers face problems of increased workload,insufficient incentives and recognition,and lack of initiative in participating in after-school service.To relieve teachers’work pressure,it is necessary to improve the after-school service system,clarify the incentive mechanism,and optimize the management mode.
