摘要
住院医师规范化培训体系中临床小讲课作为一项核心教学活动,承载着培养住院医师临床思维能力的重要使命。鉴于在实践运用中存在误解与误用,以及课程设计规划的一些问题,该文通过探讨临床小讲课的教学目标、教学目的、课程规划等关键概念,以及分层递进原则的实践策略,归纳实践临床小讲课内涵建设的思路,以期提升住院医师临床能力,提高岗位胜任力。
Within the standardized training system for resident physicians,clinical mini-lectures constitute a pivotal teaching activity,shouldering the crucial responsibility of nurturing clinical reasoning abilities among resident physicians.In light of prevailing misunderstandings,misapplications and challenges in curriculum design,this paper examines mini-lectures' key concepts encompassing the pedagogical objectives,aims,curriculum planning and practical strategies based on a hierarchical progression principle for these lectures.It consolidates ideas on how to implement the content of clinical mini-lectures,with the ultimate goal of augmenting the clinical proficiency of resident physicians to meet the competencies required for their professional roles.
