形成性评价赋能临床教师:同质化教学的探索与实践

摘要 针对住院医师核心胜任力培养的迫切需求,以及省内形成性评价应用相对滞后的现状,该文提出了基于建构主义理论和客观结构化教学评估(objective structured teaching evaluation,OSTE)反馈策略,构建了一种教师模拟考核小组培训新模式。通过现场混合模拟演练与OSTE反馈策略的有机结合,提升临床教师对形成性评价内涵与标准的统一认识及评估能力,有效强化了临床教师的直接观察能力、评估水平及形成性反馈技能。同时,该研究还组建了一支由各领域优秀骨干教师构成的形成性评价的核心教师团队,并精心打造了一系列省级师资培训精品课程。5年的深入教学实践证实,该模式培育出一批优秀的中青年临床教师,他们指导住院医师在技能竞赛中取得了优异成绩。这一实践经验不仅为提升临床教师的形成性评价能力提供了宝贵经验,也为住院医师临床胜任力的培养提供了重要参考。 Addressing the urgent need for cultivating core competencies among resident physicians and the relatively lagging application of formative assessment within the province,this paper proposes an innovative solution.Based on constructivist theory and the OSTE feedback strategy,this solution established a new mode of teacher training through simulated assessment groups.Through the organic integration of on-site mixed simulation exercises and the OSTE feedback strategy,it enhanced clinical teachers' unified understanding and evaluation abilities regarding the connotations and standards of formative assessment.This effectively strengthened teachers' direct observation skills,assessment proficiency,and formative feedback techniques.Simultaneously,the study assembled a core team of outstanding key teachers from various fields and successfully created a provincial-level quality curriculum for teacher training.Five years of in-depth teaching practice confirmed that this approach nurtured a group of excellent young and middle-aged clinical teachers who guided resident physicians to achieve remarkable results in various competitions.This practice not only provides a solid foundation for enhancing clinical teachers' formative assessment abilities but also offers valuable experience and important reference for cultivating the clinical competencies of resident physicians.
