CDIO模式下临床医学专业课程思政实践路径研究

摘要 目的 探索运用CDIO模式对提升临床医学专业课程思政实践路径。方法 以武汉大学第一临床学院和武汉大学基础医学院的临床医学课程的任课老师和学员为访谈对象,采用半结构化访谈法对访谈资料进行整理和分析。结果 CDIO模式下提升临床医学专业课程思政实践路径,需完善课程思政构思,提升师生对课程思政的认识;改进专业课程设计,挖掘思政教育元素;丰富课程思政实施过程,开展多样化教学方式;优化课程思政运行效果,构建动态客观的评价体系。结论 CDIO模式下提升临床医学专业课程思政实践路径,有助于提升师生对课程思政的认识,开展多样化课程思政教学方式,有助于学员树立正确的职业信仰,提升医学综合素质,更好地促进学员全面发展。 Objective The construction of curriculum ideology and politics is a new requirement for colleges and universities in the new era and new situation.In traditional medical education,ideological and political education needs to be further strengthened due to the large number and specialization of medical courses.The present study explored the path of enhancing the practice of ideological and political education in clinical medical courses by using the CDIO model.Methods Taking the teachers and students of clinical medicine courses in the First Clinical College of Wuhan University and the School of Basic Medical Sciences of Wuhan University as the research subjects,we used the semi-structured interview method to organize and analyze the interview data.Results The study found that enhancing the practice of ideological and political education in clinical medical courses under the CDIO model required the following measures:improving the conceivement of construction and raising teachers' and students' awareness of curriculum ideology and politics;improving the design of professional courses and exploring the elements of ideology;enriching the implementation process of curriculum ideology and politics and carrying out diversified teaching methods;and optimizing the operation effect of curriculum ideology and politics and constructing a dynamic and objective evaluation system.Conclusion Enhancing the practice of ideological and political education in clinical medical courses under the CDIO model contributes to enhancing the understanding of teachers and students about curriculum ideology and politics,and carrying out diversified teaching methods,which can help medical students set up correct professional beliefs,enhance their comprehensive quality of medical science,and better promote students' overall development.
