摘要
针对海上风电柔直并网系统存在电压以及频率失稳的问题,提出基于粒子群算法优化PID的海上风电柔直并网系统调频控制方法。海上风电柔直并网系统利用频率控制器确定风电场的无功电流指令,利用PID控制器将无功电流值依据比例精准划分至各风机中,采用粒子群算法优化PID控制器,获取PID控制器的最优比例增益、微分增益以及积分增益三个参数,PID控制器利用获取的最优参数进行海上风电柔直并网系统调频控制。实验结果表明,所提方法可以高精度进行海上风电柔直并网系统实施调频控制,可以使海上风电场柔直并网系统维持稳定的运行状态。
Aiming at the problem of voltage and frequency instability in offshore wind power flexible direct grid connection system,a frequency modulation control method of offshore wind power flexible direct grid connection system based on Particle Swarm Optimization PID is proposed.The offshore wind power flexible direct grid connection system uses the frequency controller to determine the reactive current command of the wind farm,uses the PID controller to accurately divide the reactive current value into each fan according to the proportion,and uses the particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the PID controller to obtain the three parameters of the optimal proportional gain,micro gain and integral gain of the PID controller.The PID controller uses the obtained optimal parameters to control the frequency modulation of the offshore wind power flexible direct grid connection system.The experimental results show that this method can carry out frequency modulation control of offshore wind power flexible direct grid connection system with high precision,and can maintain the stable operation state of offshore wind power flexible direct grid connection system.
