浔江南岸灌区工程总体方案研究

Research on overall scheme of Xunjiang South Bank Irrigation Zone Project

大型灌区是我国粮食和优质农产品的主要产区。新时期国家粮食安全、乡村振兴等发展战略对大型灌区建设提出了新要求。本文基于新时期灌区发展在保障粮食安全、水安全、区域水网建设、乡村振兴等方面要求,针对梧州市浔江南岸区域水资源和土地资源情况,提出浔江南岸灌区工程总体方案,构建灌区水资源配置格局和水网工程体系,满足灌区农业灌溉和城乡供水要求,保障区域粮食生产安全和供水安全,助推乡村振兴和区域水网建设。

Large irrigation zones are the main production areas of grain and high quality agricultural products in China.The development strategies in the new era such as national food security and rural revitalization etc.put forward new requirements for the construction of large-scale irrigation zones.According to the requirements for irrigation zone development in the new era in respects of ensuring food security and water security,regional water network construction,rural revitalization etc.,aiming at the situation of water resources and land resources in the south bank of Xunjiang River in Wuzhou city,the overall scheme of Xunjiang South Bank Irrigation Zone Project is put forward to construct water resources allocation pattern and water network engineering system in the irrigation zone,meet the requirements of agricultural irrigation and urban and rural water supply in the irrigation zone,ensure regional food production security and water supply security,and boost rural revitalization and regional water network construction.
