摘要
[目的]研制20%甲维盐和氯噻啉复配悬浮剂产品。[方法]采用流点法对润湿分散剂进行筛选,并对流变改良剂、稳定剂等进行优化筛选试验。[结果]获得最佳配方:甲维盐4%、氯噻啉16%、D-4253%、500LQ 2%、黄原胶0.15%、硅酸镁铝1.5%、BHT 0.4%、丙二醇4%、SAG15720.15%、苯甲酸钠1%、去离子水补足100%。[结论]该配方产品悬浮率达到>95%,热储(54±2)℃分解率<5%,其他质量指标也符合标准要求,产品质量稳定;对褐飞虱具有较好防治效果,应用前景广阔。
[Aims]In this paper,an aqueous suspension concentrates(SC)formulation product containing 20%emamectin benzoate and imidaclothiz was developed.[Methods]Regaiding the less flowpoint as standard,the optimal was obtained in the experiment by dispersing wetting agent,structural regulator,stablizer.[Results]The optimal formulation of emamectin benzoate·imidaclothiz 20%SC:emamectin benzoate 4%,imidaclothiz 16%,D-4253%,500LQ 2%,xanthan gum 0.15%,magnesium aluminum silicate 1.5%,BHT 0.4%,propylene glycol 4%,SAG15720.15%,sodium benzoate 1%and water making up to 100%.[Conclusions]The suspension rate of the formulate product reaches more than 95%,the active ingredients decomposition rate of accelerated storage[(54±2)℃]is less than 5%,and the other parameters of the product meet the requirements for SC formulation.This formulation,having higher control effect on Nilaparvata lugens,has a good prospect.
