喷气燃料洁净度影响因素和管控措施研究

Study on Influencing Factors and Control Measures of Jet Fuel Cleanliness

自动颗粒计数法是目前检测喷气燃料洁净度较为成熟的方法,对于保证喷气燃料质量具有重要意义。通过大量的研究试验,发现了航煤过滤器、航煤添加剂、航煤微生物、航煤带水等均会对航煤的颗粒计数指标产生较大影响。针对这些影响因素,提出了保证航煤过滤器稳定运行、控制航煤游离水含量、增加航煤储罐搅拌时间、增加储罐油品的静止沉降时间、化验分析加入异丙醇,以及加强储运、出厂等环节航煤洁净度等措施建议,对有航煤产品的国内炼厂具有一定的借鉴作用。

Automatic particle counting method is a mature method to detect the cleanliness of jet fuel,which is of great significance to ensure the quality of jet fuel.Through a large number of research experiments,it is found that aviation coal filter,aviation coal additive,aviation coal microorganism,aviation coal belt water and so on will have a great impact on the jet coal particle count index.In view of these influencing factors,measures and suggestions are put forward to ensure the stable operation of aviation coal filter,control the free water content of aviation coal,increase the stirring time of aviation coal storage tank,increase the static settling time of oil in storage tank,add isopropyl alcohol in laboratory analysis,and strengthen the cleanliness of aviation coal storage,transportation,delivery and other aspects,which has certain reference for domestic refineries with jet coal products.
