摘要
在利用镍触媒甲烷化气相色谱法分析空气中一氧化碳的实验中,随着高分子微球色谱柱使用周期和频次的增加,一氧化碳测定结果呈现逐渐增高的现象,特别是对含有微颗粒物受限空间的气体样品分析,一氧化碳结果严重异常。通过实验对比不同气体溶剂本底的样品,对比不同使用频次的色谱柱,找到其主要干扰因素是微颗粒物改变柱效形成色谱峰干扰。
In the test of carbon monoxide analysis in air by nickel-catalyzed methanation gas chromatography,the results of carbon monoxide determination gradually increased with the increase of the use period and frequency of polymer microsphere column,especially for the analysis of gas samples containing small particles in confined space,the results of carbon monoxide were seriously abnormal.By comparing the samples with dfferent gas solvent background and chromatographic columns with dfferent use frequency,it is found that the main interference factor is the chromatographic peak interference caused by the change of column effect of fine particles.
