摘要
针对油田注入剖面相关流量测井液体源释放器打不开故障,开展液体源释放系统现状统计,其中液体源释放故障主要发生在释放器总成上,活塞平衡液漏失和电机总成传动轴与释放器丝杠脱开是液体源释放打不开的主要原因,故障主要集中在连接组件和丝杠活塞上。通过建立释放系统串联型可靠性模型,液体源释放系统丝杠活塞的可靠度最低,连接组件可靠度相对较低;采取非平衡液液体释放器和卡台连接方式方案解决了液体源释放打不开的难题,液体源一次释放成功率由原来的75%上升到95%以上,提升了施工效率,减少了释放系统的故障,进一步提高了液体源释放系统的可靠性。
The current status statistics of the liquid source release system were carried out based on the failure of liquid source release in oil field injection profile related flow logging.The liquid source release failure mainly occurred in the release assembly,the piston balance fluid leakage,and motor assembly drive shaft and release screw disconnecting were the main reasons for liquid source release failure,and the faults mainly concentrated on the connecting assembly and the lead screw piston.By establishing the series reliability model of the release system,the reliability of the lead screw piston of the liquid source release system is the lowest,and the reliability of the connecting components is relatively low.The problem that the liquid source release cannot be opened is solved by the solution of the non-equilibrium liquid release device and the card platform connection,and the single success rate of the liquid source release rises from 75.0%to more than 95.0%,which improves the construction efficiency,reduces the failure of the release system,and further raises the reliability of the liquid source release system.
