在过去的20多年,肌肉协同理论逐渐成为运动神经科学及运动康复领域研究的热点。本文详细介绍了肌肉协同理论的基本概念、神经生理学基础、研究方法,及其在脑卒中康复评定与治疗中的应用。目前肌肉协同在脑卒中康复领域的研究和实际应用仍然较少,需要进一步探索。基于肌肉协同的脑卒中康复策略或许具有广阔的应用前景。

Muscle synergy has been hotly debated in the field of motor neuroscience and motor rehabilitation in the past two decades.This review introduced the concept of muscle synergy,its neural basis,study methods,and applications in stroke rehabilitation.Some knowledge gaps were also pointed out to facilitate further research.Stroke rehabilitation strategies based on muscle synergy may have broad application prospects.
