新时代人文关怀视域下高职院校学生管理工作的改革创新

Reform and Innovation of Student Management in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Humanistic Care

进入新时代以来,面对高职院校教育要求和学生发展特点,高职院校的学生管理工作在推进人文关怀方面面临着新挑战和新机遇。当前,在人文关怀视域下,高职院校学生管理工作主要存在工作制度不完善、工作理念不先进和人文环境不足等问题,导致教育教学质量降低,且无法及时有效地帮助学生解决问题。本文在高职院校学生管理工作人文关怀视域下,结合当前高职院校学生管理工作的必要性,针对存在的问题,剖析推进人文关怀的阻碍,努力探究高职院校学生管理工作的改革与创新,坚持以学生为主体,为学生全面发展提供基础保障,落实立德树人根本教育目标。

Since entering the new era,facing the educational requirements of higher vocational colleges and the characteristics of students'development,the student management of higher vocational colleges is facing new challenges and new opportunities in promoting humanistic care.At present,from the perspective of humanistic care,the student management in higher vocational colleges mainly has problems such as imperfect working system,not advanced working concept and insufficient humanistic environment,which lead to the reduction of education and teaching quality,and can not help students solve problems in a timely and effective manner.From the perspective of humanistic care for students'management in higher vocational colleges,this paper combined with the necessity of current student management in higher vocational colleges,analyzed the obstacles to promoting humanistic care in view of existing problems,made efforts to explore the reform and innovation of student management in higher vocational colleges,insisted on taking students as the main body,provided the basic guarantee for students'all-round development,and implemented the fundamental education goal of cultivating morality and people.
