俯卧分腿位与俯卧位经皮肾镜取石术治疗上尿路结石的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy in Prone and Prone Positions for the Treatment of Upper Urinary Tract Stones

比较俯卧分腿位与俯卧位经皮肾镜取石术治疗上尿路结石的效果。选取2020年1月—2023年7月于贵州省兴仁市人民医院接受经皮肾镜取石术治疗的221例上尿路结石患者为研究对象,根据入院时间的先后顺序将患者分为对照组和研究组两组,其中对照组有118例患者,行俯卧位接受治疗。研究组有103例患者,行俯卧分腿位接受治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果显示,研究组体位准备及置管时间、手术时间短于对照组,结石清除率高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者的舒适度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,俯卧分腿位与俯卧位经皮肾镜取石术治疗上尿路结石的效果相近,但俯卧分腿位能缩短手术准备与手术时间,减少医护人员的工作量,提升患者的舒适度,还能有效联合输尿管硬/软镜碎石,值得推广应用。

Compare the efficacy of percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of upper urinary tract stones between prone split leg position and prone position.221 patients with upper urinary tract stones who underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy at Xingren People’s Hospital from January 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into a control group and a study group.Among them,there were 118 patients in the control group who received treatment in a prone position.There are 103 patients in the research group who received treatment in a prone and split leg position.Compare the treatment outcomes of two groups of patients.The results showed that the study group had shorter body position preparation,catheterization time,and surgical time compared to the control group.The stone clearance rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the comfort score of the study group patients was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the efficacy of percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treating upper urinary tract stones is similar between prone split leg position and prone split leg position.However,prone split leg position can shorten surgical preparation and time,reduce the workload of medical staff,improve patient comfort,and effectively combine with ureteroscopic lithotripsy,which is worth promoting and applying.
