慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的临床营养护理措施研究

Study on Clinical Nutritional Nursing Measures for Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

研究分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的临床营养护理措施。选取2021年4月—2022年10月贵州医科大学第二附属医院收治的82例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为常规组和观察组两组,每组各41例。常规组患者接受基础护理,观察组患者接受临床营养护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果显示,护理后,观察组患者各项营养指标均优于常规组(P<0.05);观察组患者的饮食健康性各项指标均优于常规组(P<0.05);观察组患者各项病症反应改善用时均短于常规组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者的各项肺功能指标均优于常规组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理总满意率高于常规组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者实施临床营养护理,可提高机体营养水平,保障患者的身体健康,护理效果明显。

Research and analyze the clinical nutritional nursing measures for patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.82 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from April 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 41 patients in each group.Patients in the routine group received basic nursing care,while patients in the observation group received clinical nutritional nursing care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that after nursing,the nutritional indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);The dietary health indicators of the observation group were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05);The improvement time of various symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,all lung function indicators of the observation group patients were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);The overall satisfaction rate of nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that implementing clinical nutritional care for patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve their nutritional levels,ensure their physical health,and have significant nursing effects.
