营养干预对维持性血液透析患者NRS-2002评估结果的影响研究

Study on the Eff ect of Nutritional Intervention on NRS-2002 Evaluation Results in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

分析予以维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者营养干预的作用。选取2022年7月—2023年8月遵义市第一人民医院收治的82例MHD患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=41,常规护理)和观察组(n=41,营养干预)。比较两组患者营养指标、钙磷代谢指标、炎症因子指标、NRS-2002评分、生活质量(KDQOL-SF评分)及并发症发生情况。结果显示,干预后,观察组营养指标、钙磷代谢指标、炎症因子指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);NRS-2002评分低于对照组,KDQOL-SF评分高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,予以MHD患者营养干预可改善其营养指标,纠正其钙磷代谢紊乱状况,减轻患者炎症反应,降低并发症发生概率,提升患者生活质量。

Analyze the eff ect of nutritional intervention on maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.82 patients with MHD admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Zunyi from July 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=41,receiving routine care)and an observation group(n=41,receiving nutritional intervention)using a random number table method.Compare the nutritional indicators,calcium and phosphorus metabolism indicators,infl ammatory factor indicators,NRS-2002 score,quality of life(KDQOL-SF score),and incidence of complications between two groups of patients.The results showed that after intervention,the observation group had better nutritional indicators,calcium and phosphorus metabolism indicators,and infl ammatory factor indicators than the control group(P<0.05);The NRS-2002 score was lower than the control group,the KDQOL-SF score was higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that nutritional intervention for MHD patients can improve their nutritional indicators,correct their calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders,alleviate their infl ammatory reactions,reduce the probability of complications,and improve their quality of life.
