优质护理在老年股骨颈骨折护理中的应用效果观察

Observation of the Application Effect of High Quality Nursing in the Nursing of Elderly Femoral Neck Fractures

分析优质护理在老年股骨颈骨折护理中的应用效果。选取自贡市第四人民医院2021年1月—2022年1月收治的106例股骨颈骨折老年患者为研究对象。随机将患者分为两组,分别为参照组和试验组,每组各53例。参照组实施常规护理,试验组实施优质护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果显示,护理后,试验组有6例患者出现谵妄,谵妄发生率为11.32%,参照组有19例患者出现谵妄,谵妄发生率为35.85%。试验组患者谵妄发生率低于参照组(P<0.05);护理后,试验组患者髋关节功能评分高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组患者并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组患者生活质量评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,优质护理应用于老年股骨颈骨折患者的护理中效果明显,可以有效缓解患者的临床症状,优化患者的髋关节功能,降低并发症的发生率,值得推荐。

Analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing in the care of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures.Selecting 106 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to Zigong Fourth People’s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 as the research subjects.Randomly divide the patients into two groups,a reference group and an experimental group,with 53 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing care,while the experimental group received high-quality nursing care.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that after nursing,6 patients in the experimental group experienced delirium,with a delirium incidence rate of 11.32%,while 19 patients in the reference group experienced delirium,with a delirium incidence rate of 35.85%.The incidence of delirium in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05);After nursing,the hip joint function score of the experimental group patients was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05);The quality of life score of the experimental group patients was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of high-quality nursing in the care of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures has a significant effect,which can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,optimize hip joint function,and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worth recommending.
