整体护理对功能性消化不良患者生存质量的影响观察

Observation of the Impact of Holistic Nursing on the Quality of Life and Satisfaction of Patients with Functional Dyspepsia

分析整体护理对功能性消化不良患者生存质量的影响。选取2022年1月—2023年1月青岛市城阳区人民医院收治的80例功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组两组。对照组(n=40)实施常规护理,观察组(n=40)实施整体护理,比较两组患者心理健康水平、疾病认知程度、消化系统症状改善状况、生活质量、护理满意度等指标。结果显示,与对照组相比,观察组焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)评分更低(P<0.05);观察组各项疾病认知评分更高(P<0.05);观察组上腹不适、嗳气等消化系统症状出现频率更低(P<0.05);观察组各项生活质量评分更高(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度更高(P<0.05);观察组低蛋白血症、消化性溃疡等并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。研究发现,整体护理在功能性消化不良患者治疗过程中具有一定的指导意义,可增加患者对疾病的认知,改善患者不良情绪,缓解消化系统症状,提高患者生活质量及满意度,值得借鉴。

Analyze the impact of holistic nursing on the quality of life and satisfaction of patients with functional dyspepsia.Eighty patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to Qingdao Chengyang People’s Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method.The control group(n=40)received routine nursing care,while the observation group(n=40)received holistic nursing care.The psychological health level,disease awareness,improvement of digestive system symptoms,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.The results showed that compared with the control group,the observation group had lower scores in anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)(P<0.05);The observation group had higher cognitive scores for various diseases(P<0.05);The observation group had a lower frequency of gastrointestinal symptoms such as upper abdominal discomfort and belching(P<0.05);The observation group had higher scores in various aspects of quality of life(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher(P<0.05);The incidence of complications such as hypoalbuminemia and peptic ulcer was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Research has found that holistic nursing has certain guiding signifi cance in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia,which can increase patients’understanding of the disease,improve their negative emotions,alleviate digestive system symptoms,and improve their quality of life and satisfaction.It is worth learning from.
