品管圈活动在提高护士对老年性压力性损伤评估正确率中的作用研究

分析品管圈活动在提高护士对老年性压力性损伤评估正确率中的作用。随机抽取2022年5月—2022年7月(品管圈活动前)188例上海市第一康复医院护士评估的压力性损伤动态评估监测表,及2022年9月—2022年11月(品管圈活动后)180例上海市第一康复医院护士评估的压力性损伤动态评估监测表,比较品管圈活动开展前后护士对老年性压力性损伤的评估正确率。结果显示,品管圈活动开展后,护士评估的错误率由49.46%下降至25%,评估正确率显著提高(P<0.05)。研究发现,开展品管圈活动可以提高护士对老年性压力性损伤评估的正确率和老年患者压力性损伤的治愈率。

To analyze the role of quality control circle activities in improving the accuracy of nurses’assessment of senile pressure injury.From May 2022 to July 2022(before the quality control circle activity),188 cases of pressure injury dynamic assessment monitoring form evaluated by nurses from Shanghai First Rehabilitation Hospital were randomly selected.From September 2022 to November 2022(after the quality control circle activity),180 cases of pressure injury dynamic assessment monitoring forms evaluated by nurses from Shanghai First Rehabilitation Hospital were selected.To compare the accuracy of nurses’assessment of senile pressure injury before and after the development of the quality control circle activity.The results showed that the error rate of nurse evaluation decreased from 49.46%to 25%,and the evaluation accuracy rate was significantly improved(P<0.05).The results show that the quality control circle activities can improve the accuracy of nurses’assessment of senile pressure injury and the cure rate of pressure injury in elderly patients.
