血液透析患者动静脉内瘘护理体会

Nursing Experience of Arteriovenous Fistula in Hemodialysis Patients

探讨和分析血液透析患者动静脉内瘘的临床护理体会,总结有效的护理方法。选取广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院在2022年4月—2023年4月收治的100例血液透析患者为研究对象,采取随机分组的方式,将患者分为对照组和试验组,每组各50例。对照组采取常规基础护理,而试验组则采取全面性护理措施,比较两组患者护理效果。结果显示,护理后,试验组患者内瘘通畅性较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,试验组患者的平均血压水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,全面性护理干预值得在临床实践中推广和应用。

To explore and analyze the clinical nursing experience of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients,and to summarize the effective nursing methods.A total of 100 hemodialysis patients admitted to Ruikang Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine basic nursing,while the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing measures,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.The results showed that the patency of the internal fistula in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group after nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the average blood pressure level of the patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study found that comprehensive nursing intervention is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
