快速康复护理在胫腓骨骨折患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing Pathway in Patients with Tibial and Fibular Fractures

分析快速康复护理在胫腓骨骨折患者中的应用效果。选取浙江省人民医院毕节医院2022年2月—2023年2月收治的68例胫腓骨骨折患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(快速康复护理)两组,每组各34例,比较两组患者疗效。结果显示,观察组关节功能障碍、褥疮、肺部感染、骨筋膜室综合征等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);入院时,两组患者VAS评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);术后当天、术后1周,观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组下肢运动功能评分高于对照组,牵引时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,与常规护理相比,快速康复护理的应用,可促进胫腓骨骨折患者骨质愈合,减轻疼痛,促进术后康复,减少术后并发症,提高护理满意度,可推广。

Analyze the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing pathway in patients with tibial and fibular fractures.Sixty eight patients with tibial and fibular fractures admitted to Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital Bijie Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(conventional nursing)and an observation group(rapid rehabilitation nursing pathway),with 34 patients in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the incidence of complications such as joint dysfunction,pressure ulcers,pulmonary infections,and compartment syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);At admission,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);On the day and one week after surgery,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The lower limb motor function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the traction time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);The excellent rate of fracture healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that compared to conventional nursing,the application of rapid rehabilitation nursing pathways can promote bone healing,alleviate pain,facilitate postoperative recovery,reduce postoperative complications,and improve nursing satisfaction in patients with tibial and fibular fractures,which can be promoted.
