摘要
班主任是高校思想政治工作队伍的重要组成部分。大多目前已实施双班主任制度的国内高校以强化青年大学生思想引导为主要目的,较少体现医科人才培养特色。在高校医学院系本科生班级中实施“基础+临床”双班主任制度,既是新时代构建“三全育人”工作格局的需要,也是培养医学创新人才的需要。在新医科背景下,为进一步发挥好双班主任制度对青年大学生成长成才的促进作用,须从优化选拔机制、强化培训机制和构建激励机制等方面多下功夫。
The headteacher is an important part of the ideological and political work team in colleges and universities.At present,most of the colleges and universities that have implemented the system of double headteachers mainly aim at strengthening the ideological guidance of college students,but seldom embody the characteristics of medical personnel training.The implementation of the“basic and clinical”double headteacher system in training of medical college students is not only the need of constructing the work pattern of“threewide education”in the new era,but also the need of training innovative medical talents in the new era.Under the background of“new medical science”,how to further make good use of the double headteacher system for the purpose of promoting the development of medical college and university students,we need to make efforts on optimizing selection mechanism,strengthening training mechanism and constructing incentive mechanism.
