摘要
以我国化学领域高被引科学家为例,借助生命历程理论的视角,将科学精英的学术职业生涯视为一个连续的生命历程,从科学精英生命历程中的关键性事件(博士教育经历、海外工作经历)和重要他人(博士或博士后导师、科研合作者)两个方面对影响我国科学精英学术成长的因素进行分析,同时考虑到时代差异,对出生于不同时代科学精英的科研成果合作情况进行分析,以期为我国科学精英的培养、使用以及发展环境的营造提供参考。
Taking highly cited scientists in the field of chemistry in China as an example,this study regards the academic career of scientific elites as a continuous life course from the perspective of life course theory.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the academic growth of Chinese scientific elites from two aspects:key events(doctoral education experience,overseas work experience)and important people(doctoral or postdoctoral supervisors,research collaborators)in the life course of scientific elites.At the same time,taking into account the differences in times,this paper analyzes the cooperation of scientific research achievements of scientific elites born in different times,in order to provide reference for the training,use and development environment of Chinese scientific elite.
