应用型高校土木工程专业“蛋糕式”人才培养模式研究

Research on the‘Cake-style’Talent Cultivation Mode of Civil Engineering in Applied Universities

伴随着国家基础设施建设的快速发展,土木工程专业人才需求及培养数量均急速增长。然而,由于人才培养目标定位模糊,教学主体“非工程化”趋势严重,教学模式难以适应新形势新要求等,导致企业找不到合适的毕业生,毕业生找不到合适的就业岗位。为扭转前述情况,韶关学院在充分分析学校层次、地方需求、师资力量、生源质量等要素的基础上,转变教育观念,深化教学改革,凸显办学特色,提出了应用型高校土木工程专业“蛋糕式”人才培养模式,并对其实施路径进行了深入的研究。

With the rapid development of national infrastructure construction,the demand for fresh graduates major in civil engineering and the number of civil engineering professionals have grown rapidly.However,due to the vague“positioning”of talent cultivation objectives,the serious trend of“unengineering”of teaching subjects,and the teaching model being difficult to adapt to the requirements of the situation,enterprises cannot find qualified graduates and graduates cannot find suitable jobs.To ameliorate the above situation,based on full analysis of the school level,local demand,faculty and the quality of students,Shaoguan University changes its educational concept,deepens its teaching reform,highlights school characteristics,puts forward the‘Cake-style’talent cultivation mode of Civil Engineering in applied universities,and conducts in-depth research on its implementation path.
