“茶叶生物化学”一流课程建设改革的探究与思考

在新农科建设背景下,培养理论基础扎实、综合实践能力强的“新茶学”人才尤为重要。“茶叶生物化学”是茶学本科生的一门专业基础课程,其教学效果会对其他专业课程的学习有较深的影响,因而提升其课程教学质量十分关键。对“茶叶生物化学”课程的教学现状进行分析,并对该课程教学改革方法进行探讨与研究,提出科学的教学方案及实施办法,以期为其他高校提高“茶叶生物化学”课程教学成效和教学质量,优化教学体系,培养拥有爱农学农、懂农强农知识体系的茶学人才提供思考和参考。

Under the background of“new agricultural science”construction,it is particularly important to cultivate talents of“new tea science”with solid theoretical foundation and strong comprehensive practical ability.Tea Biochemistry is a professional basic course for tea science undergraduates,and its teaching effect will have a deep impact on the learning of other professional courses,so it is very important to improve the teaching quality of the course.The purpose of this study is to analyze the current teaching situation of this course,discuss and study the teaching reform methods of this course,and put forward scientific teaching schemes and implementation methods,so as to improve the teaching effect and quality of this course,optimize the teaching system,and provide thinking and reference for cultivating tea talents who love agriculture and know how to strengthen agriculture.
