药学类高水平专业化产教融合实训基地建设探索与实践

Construction of High-level Professional Production and Education Integration Training Base for Pharmacy Specialty

产教融合、校企合作是职业教育改革发展的关键,必须坚持以立德树人为根本任务,以高质量发展为核心,以校企共赢为动力。高水平专业化产教融合实训基地是实现产教融合、校企合作的有效载体,更是强化“双主体”育人,推进岗课赛证研综合改革,实现知行合一、工学结合,培养高素质技术技能型人才的重要平台。通过对药学行业企业人才需求和职业院校药学类专业开展产教融合实训基地建设的情况进行调研,结合所在学校药学类专业产教融合实训基地建设情况,总结建设经验,分析存在的问题,探索和实践药学类专业高水平专业化产教融合实训基地建设新模式,进而提高药学类专业建设水平和人才培养质量。

The integration of industry and education and the cooperation between schools and enterprises are the key to the reform and development of vocational education.We must adhere to the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents,the core of high-quality development,and the driving force of win-win between schools and enterprises.The high-level professional industry-education integration training base is an effective carrier to realize the integration of industry and education and the cooperation between schools and enterprises.It is also an important platform to strengthen the“double subject”education,promote the comprehensive reform of post,course,competition,certificate and research,realize the unity of knowledge and practice,the combination of work and study,and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents.Through the investigation of the talent demand of pharmaceutical enterprises and the construction of the training base for the integration of production and education in vocational colleges with pharmaceutical majors,combined with the construction of the training base for the integration of production and education in pharmaceutical majors,this paper summarizes the construction experience,analyzes the existing problems,explores and practices the new mode of the construction of high level professional training base for the integration of production and education in pharmaceutical majors,so as to improve the construction level of pharmaceutical majors and the quality of talent training.
