高质量发展背景下首都“花园城市”建设的研究与探索

Research and Exploration on the Construction of"Garden City"under the Background of High-Quality Urban Development in Beijing

随着首都减量发展阶段的到来,为推动城市高质量发展、建设和谐宜居城市,北京市即将围绕“花园城市”理念开展建设。文章以花园式街区和街道建设专项为例论述实践经验。落实各级政府规划要求,系统地探索花园城市的建设。花园城市的建设促进城市功能空间与花园生态空间进行有机融合,形成和谐统一的城市形态,赋能首都城市空间多元价值。

With the advent of the capital reduction stage of development,to promote the city high quality development,building a harmonious livable cities,Beijing is around the concept of"garden city"to carry out the construction.This paper takes garden blocks and streets construction as examples to discuss practical experience.Implement the planning requirements of governments at all levels and systematically explore the construction of garden cities.The construction of garden city promotes the organic integration of urban functional space and garden ecological space which form a harmonious urban image and enhance multiple values of the urban space.
