Research on the Construction and Application of Urban Renewal Information Platform

在研究现有城市更新信息平台功能现状基础上,以重庆市为样本,结合从业人员需求确定平台功能框架,通过问卷打分调查得出城市更新平台各类功能的重要性程度,并以此为依据,研究开发重庆城市更新资源信息平台。通过平台的推广应用,发现平台在项目合作推进、信息管理等方面成效显著,具有较高的推广示范意义。

On the basis of studying the current status of the functions of existing urban renewal information platforms,taking Chongqing as a model,and combining the needs of practitioners to determine the functional framework of the platform,the importance of various functions of the urban renewal platform was obtained through a questionnaire scoring survey,and based on this,the Chongqing Urban Renewal Resource Information Platform was researched and developed.Through the promotion and application of the platform,it is found that the platform is highly effective in project co-operation and information management,and is of high significance for promotion and demonstration.
