“双碳”视角下工程总承包项目优化设计探究及案例分析

摘要 中国进入了“双碳”(碳达峰、碳中和)战略发展的时代,建筑领域是我国碳排放三大重点领域之一。工程总承包采用设计、采购、施工全过程承包,更便于统筹考虑建筑全生命周期的碳排放。在工程总承包项目中,优化设计是实现项目经济效益的重要手段。在优化设计过程中考虑碳排放量甚至碳排放成本符合建筑领域“双碳”战略的发展要求。探索提出“双碳”视角下工程总承包项目优化设计的分析思路、策略及分析方法和路径,并结合实际项目案例,从建筑碳排放角度,对桩型优化方案的选择进行分析。 China has entered the era of"Dual Carbon"(carbon peaking and carbon neutrality)strategic development,and the construction sector is one of the three key areas of carbon emissions in China.EPC adopts the whole process of design,procurement and construction,which is more convenient to consider the carbon emissions of the whole life cycle of the building.In EPC projects,optimization design is an important means to achieve economic benefits of the project.Considering carbon emissions and even carbon emission costs in the optimization design is in line with the development of the"dual carbon"strategy in the construction field.The paper explores and proposes analysis ideas,strategies,and analysis methods and paths for optimization design of EPC projects from the perspective of"Dual Carbon".And it also analyzes the selection of pile type optimization schemes from the perspective of building carbon emissions based on actual project cases.
