EPC模式下医院精装修设计管理流程优化研究

Research on the Optimization of Hospital Fine Decoration Design Management Process under EPC Mode

随着医疗技术的进步和对医疗服务需求的增加,医院建设和装修的重要性越来越高。优化装修设计管理流程在医院建设过程中对提高医院的功能性、舒适性和效率至关重要,特别是在流行病等紧急情况下,应急措施和预防控制的需求更为紧迫。目前,工程总承包(EPC)模式通过整合设计、采购和施工流程,广泛应用于各种建筑项目,以提高项目的效率和质量。但EPC模式在医院改造设计中的应用与优化仍有待探索。本研究结合实际案例探索EPC模式下优化医院装修设计与管理流程的策略,期望提高医院功能、安全和应急响应能力。

With the advancement of medical technology and the increasing demand for medical services,the importance of hospital construction and decoration is increasing.Optimizing the management process of decoration design is crucial for improving the functionality,comfort,and efficiency of hospitals during the construction process,especially in emergency situations such as epidemics,where the needs of emergency measures and prevention and control capabilities are even more urgent.At present,the Engineering General Contracting(EPC)model is widely used in various construction projects by integrating design,procurement,and construction processes to improve project efficiency and quality.However,the application and optimization of EPC mode in hospital renovation design still need to be explored.This study explores strategies to optimize the decoration design management process of hospitals using the EPC model,improve hospital functionality,safety,and emergency response capabilities.
