摘要
近年来,随着我国“双碳”目标的提出,抽水蓄能电站项目作为区域电网调峰、填谷、储能的重要工程,已经成为目前新能源项目发展的“天然充电宝”。在此背景下,以设计为龙头的抽水蓄能项目EPC总承包模式营运而生,本文主要探讨抽水蓄能EPC总承包项目,如何发挥设计优势,通过设计为纽带,串联业主、设计、施工等参建方的工作,从而在工程管理、成本控制等方面发挥优势,推动抽蓄项目建设模式的发展。
In recent years,with the proposal of China's"double carbon"goal,pumped storage power station project as an important project of regional power grid peak load,valley fill,energy storage,has become the"natural charging bank"for the development of new energy projects.The construction of pumping and storage projects is based on EPC general contracting mode with design as the leader.This paper mainly discusses how to give full play to the design advantages of EPC general contracting projects based on pumping and storage projects and connect the work of owners,design,construction and other participants through design as a link,so as to exert advantages in project management and cost control and promote the development on the construction mode of pumping and storage projects.
