工程建设项目网格化安全管控体系研究

摘要 为预防施工安全事故,完善业主方对项目的安全管理模式,基于近10年深圳市及深圳市内某企业工程建设涉业主方责任的事故分析,利用灰色关联模型,研究导致业主方责任的关键致因因素,进而构建以网格化管控手段为核心的工程建设项目安全管控体系,并将该体系应用在国内某大型餐厨垃圾处理场站建设中,结果表明该体系以网格化管理手段提升工作效能,有利于及时调整现场工作偏差,可提升业主方安全生产履职能力,提高施工现场安全管理水平。 In order to prevent construction safety accidents and improve the safety management mode of owners,based on the accident analysis of owners responsibility in the construction accident of a enterprise engineering in Shenzhen and Shenzhen in recent 10 years,the grey relational model is used to study the key factors that lead to owners responsibility,and then a safety management system for construction projects with grid management and control as the core is constructed.This system has been applied in the construction of a large kitchen waste treatment station in China.The result shows that the system improves the work efficiency by means of Grid-style social management in China,which is conducive to timely adjusting the site work deviation,improving owners ability to perform duties in safe production,and improving the level of safety management on the construction site.
