基于BIM的学校改造项目投资估算研究

Research on Investment Estimation of School Renovation Projects Based on BIM

在城市更新及提升现代化教育资源的双重趋势下,既有学校设施的改造成为目前发达地区日益重要的议题。大部分学校设施属于公共产品,需要政府财政的大力支持,因此如何监管政府管辖范围内每个改造项目投资估算的经济合理性,成为政府及其他利益相关者较为关切的问题。本研究将BIM引入改造项目前期的可行性研究阶段,将初期的BIM方案设计模型作为依据建立投资估算模块,以提高投资估算准确度及速度。

Under the dual trend of urban renewal and upgrading of modern educational resources,the reconstruction of existing school facilities has become an increasingly important issue in developed areas.The vast majority of school facilities are public goods that need strong financial support from the government.Therefore,how to supervise the economic rationality of investment estimation of each renovation project within the jurisdiction of the government have become relatively concerned issues for the government and other stakeholders.In this study,the BIM is introduced into the feasibility study stage in the early stage of reconstruction project,and the initial BIM scheme design model is used as the basis to establish the investment estimation module to improve the accuracy and speed of investment estimation.
