Based on the perspective of contractor in construction market,this paper introduces the background of construction market,such as construction contract mode,current pricing system,contractor's profit logic,market pain point,etc.,and analyzes the main cost composition,main management work and common problems of the contractor,and puts forward some countermeasures such as respecting the market,continuously improving the database,reasonable tax planning and building the professional team.
