基于CiteSpace的国内装配式建筑成本管理研究现状分析

Analysis of the Current Research Status of Domestic Assembly Building Cost Management Based on CiteSpace

本文以国内装配式建筑成本管理为研究方向,选用CNKI数据库期刊相关文献为基础数据,利用CiteSpace软件进行科学知识图谱分析。研究发现:该领域研究目前处于收缩阶段;研究主要以高校为主,非高校研究机构参与较少,同时机构分布呈分散状态,研究机构间的合作较少,未形成有效的合作研究体系;当前研究热点主要集中在装配式建筑的影响因素、成本控制、增量成本等方面;结合当前研究现状及热点,未来研究方向可以从成本结构优化和成本效益分析等方面展开。

This paper takes the domestic assembly building cost management as the research direction,selects CNKI database journal related literature as the basic data,and uses CiteSpace software to carry out scientific knowledge mapping analysis.The results show that:the research in this field is currently in the contraction stage;the research is mainly dominated by colleges and universities,and non-college and university research institutions are involved in fewer,and at the same time,the distribution of institutions is dispersed,and the cooperation between research institutions is less,and has not formed an effective cooperative research system;the current research hotspots are mainly focused on the influence factors of assembly building,cost control,incremental cost,etc.;combined with the current research status and hotspots,the future research direction can be carried out from the aspects of cost structure optimization and cost-benefit analysis.
