摘要
地下连续墙作为城际铁路典型的深基坑支护结构,在工程量计算过程中,存在钢筋工程量计算繁琐、计算结果准确率低等问题。本文通过梳理地下连续墙钢筋类型,制定适用于城际铁路工程地下连续墙的平法标注规则和构造详图,推导相应的钢筋工程量计算规则。以BIM模型为载体,关联相应的钢筋平法信息,构建基于钢筋平法的BIM算量系统,实现在无需创建钢筋实体的前提下快速高效地计算钢筋工程量,最后通过某城际铁路应用案例验证,为BIM模型钢筋计量提供新的解决思路。
The underground diaphragm wall is a typical support structure of deep foundation pit for intercity railway.In the process of engineering quantity calculation,some problems exist in the process of steel reinforcement calculation,such as complicated calculation and inaccurate calculation results.By sorting out the types of steel reinforcement of underground diaphragm wall,the flat method rules and structure detail drawing of underground diaphragm wall for intercity railway are formulated,and the corresponding calculation rules of steel reinforcement engineering quantity are derived.A calculation system based on the reinforcement flat method is built with the BIM model as the carrier,and the steel quantities can be calculated quickly and efficiently without the steel reinforcement entities.Finally,proves with the application case of an intercity railway,offering a novel approach for BIM-based steel reinforcement calculation.
