本文通过探讨BIM数据在施工企业在建项目的各部门各阶段的应用,着重讨论BIM数据对于施工企业的重要性及BIM技术在项目不同阶段的使用,通过相关BIM数据的转化利用,推动项目的高效管理;利用BIM技术及数据,进行企业的数字资产;通过数据的流转及复用,实现施工企业的数字化转型。

This paper discusses the application of BIM data in various departments and stages of construction projects under construction of construction enterprises,focuses on the importance of BIM data for construction enterprises and the use of BIM technology in different stages of the project.The transformation and utilization of relevant BIM data promotes the efficient management of projects.Using BIM technology and data helps carry out digital assets of enterprises,and realize the digital transformation of construction enterprises through the circulation and reuse of data.
