摘要
为明确近年来抽水蓄能电站投资水平增长的主要影响因素及作用程度,选取四组抽水蓄能电站为样本,从费率标准因素、物价变化因素、工程量差异因素三方面分析抽水蓄能电站投资增长情况,并构建云模型测度各项目构成对抽水蓄能电站整体投资增长的作用程度及作用等级。研究结果对加强抽水蓄能电站投资管控具有一定的参考价值。
To clarify the main influencing factors and degree of impact on the investment growth of pumped storage power stations,this study selects four groups of pumped storage power stations as samples,analyzes the investment growth of pumped storage power stations from three aspects:rate standard factors,price change factors,and engineering quantity difference factors,and constructs a cloud model to measure the degree and level of impact of each project composition on the overall investment growth of pumped storage power stations.The results have certain reference value for strengthening investment control of pumped storage power stations.
