摘要
目前地下室深基坑施工日渐普及,如何进行深基坑坑中坑的有效便捷降水是越来越多的建设工程项目所面临的难题。相对于传统降水施工工艺,坑中坑铸铁管微型降水井施工方法,运用分析软件进行数字模拟分析,总结理论计算式,确保降水管满足降水施工需求及后浇口板厚满足闭水要求,可根据不同的工况选择不同降水管规格及后浇口板厚;采用坑中坑铸铁管微型降水井的施工方法,降低局部坑中坑降水施工难度,降水施工可与土方作业同步,提高降水效率,操作简单可靠,缩短施工周期;采用从管内、管壁、管顶及预留口封堵的施工方法,切断地下渗水源头,有效解决降水管处渗漏的风险,在同类工程中有推广价值。
At present,the construction of deep foundation pits in basements is becoming increasingly popular.How to effectively and conveniently dewater the pits in deep foundation pits is a challenge that more and more construction projects are facing.Compared to traditional dewatering construction techniques,the construction method of micro dewatering wells with cast iron pipes in pits uses analysis software for digital simulation analysis,summarizes theoretical calculation formulas,and ensures that the dewatering pipes meet the dewatering construction requirements and the thickness of the rear gate plate meets the closing water requirements.Different dewatering pipe specifications and the thickness of the rear gate plate can be selected according to different working conditions;The construction method of using micro dewatering wells with cast iron pipes in pits reduces the difficulty of local pit dewatering construction.The dewatering construction can be synchronized with earthwork operations to improve dewatering efficiency,and the operation is simple and reliable,shortening the construction period;The construction method of sealing from the inside,wall,top,and reserved openings of the pipe is adopted to cut off the source of underground water seepage and effectively solve the risk of leakage at the precipitation pipe,which has promotion value in similar projects.
