Comparative Study of Energy Usage Characteristics between Users of Private Offices and Shared Offices Based on Statistical Analysis

深入了解独享和共享办公室用户在用能特征上的差异,对于优化办公空间设计、提高能源效率以及促进可持续发展十分重要。基于此,收集不同办公空间的能耗数据,结合问卷调查结果,运用统计学方法从主客观视角系统分析不同办公空间的能耗特征。结果表明,共享办公室用能呈现出更高的灵活性和多样性,共享办公室照明能耗浪费率比独享办公室高,但插座能耗浪费率远高于独享办公室。

Understanding the disparities in energy usage characteristics between users of private and shared offices is crucial for optimizing office space design,enhancing energy efficiency,and promoting sustainable development.In such context,energy consumption data from various office spaces were collected,and in conjunction with survey results,statistical methods were employed to systematically analyze the energy consumption characteristics of different office spaces from both subjective and objective perspectives.The results indicate that energy usage patterns in shared offices reflecting flexible and diverse forms,which has a higher rate of lighting energy waste but significantly lower rate of outlet energy waste.
