摘要
农村房地一体确权登记是深化农村集体产权制度改革、助力乡村振兴的重要支撑,事关农民合法权益。农村房产权籍调查基础薄弱,时间久远,加之农房建设点多面广、情形复杂,需要的技术要求比较高,实际工作中存在诸多问题和制约。笔者通过工作及调研,主要就农村房地一体确权登记中的难点进行剖析,提出相关应对措施,从而推动该项工作的有序开展,维护农民的切实利益。
The integrated registration of rural real estate serves as a crucial pillar for advancing the reform of the rural collective property system and facilitating rural revitalization,which is related to the legitimate rights and interests of farmers.However,due to weak investigation foundations,prolonged timelines,and complex construction sites for rural houses,numerous challenges and constraints arise in practical implementation.Through analysis of these difficulties in real estate registration,this paper proposes relevant countermeasures to promote the systematic development of this endeavor while safeguarding the practical interests of farmers.
