摘要
Z数挣值法(ZEVM)不同于传统模糊挣值的形式,增加了可靠性限制,通过将ZEVM应用于高校大型基建工程管理实际案例中,结合工作结构分解图,确定观测节点,针对性对进度绩效指数(SPI)和成本绩效指数(CPI)两项指标进行动态监测。经密切关注发现项目在4个月、7个月节点均出现偏差情况,项目管理团队及时采取相关措施予以纠偏,项目在12个月节点调整到正常轨道,达到了对项目成本和进度有效控制的良好效果,避免潜在风险进一步恶化。在应用ZEVM进行管理过程中,施工团队整体成本控制意识得到提高,管理班子合作意识得到进一步加强。
Z-number Earned Value Method(ZEVM)is different from of the traditional fuzzy earned value,increasing the reliability limitations,through the application of ZEVM in the management of large-scale infrastructure projects of universities in the actual case.In the case,combined with the work structure decomposition diagram,the observation nodes are identified,and the progress performance index(SPI)and cost performance index(CPI)are targeted for dynamic monitoring of the two indicators.After paying close attention to the project at the 4-month and 7-month nodes,the project management team took relevant measures to correct the deviation,and the project was adjusted to the normal track at the 12-month node,which achieved the good effect of effective control of the project cost and schedule,and avoided further deterioration of the potential risks.Meanwhile,in the process of applying ZEVM for management,the overall cost control awareness of the construction team has been improved,and the cooperation awareness of the management team has been further strengthened.
