基于多项拟合的电力设备红外测温方法研究

摘要 电力设备发热会对电网造成较大隐患,若处理不及时将引起电力系统故障,从而极大地降低电网系统的供电可靠性。因此,有必要在电网常规巡检中监测变压器、高压开关柜、绝缘子及导线接触点的温度,以确保电气设备正常稳定运行。文章提出一种通过高阶多项式拟合红外图像像素RGB值到摄氏温度值的映射关系的方法,该方法将红外图像像素点的RGB值作为多项式函数的输入,其中函数值为摄氏温度值。 Heating of electrical equipment can pose significant risks to the power grid,and if not dealt with in a timely manner,it can cause power system failures,greatly reducing the reliability of power supply in the grid system.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the temperature of transformers,high-voltage switchgear,insulators,and wire contact points during routine inspections of the power grid to ensure the normal and stable operation of electrical equipment.The article proposes a method for fitting the mapping relationship between RGB values of infrared image pixels and Celsius temperature values through high-order polynomials.This method takes the RGB values of infrared image pixels as inputs to a polynomial function,where the function value is the Celsius temperature value.
