煤矿智能无人采煤工作面开采关键技术分析

摘要 煤矿开采一般处于极复杂的环境,采煤过程中,工作人员经常遇到顶板、瓦斯等突发性灾害风险,使其生命安全受到威胁。目前,煤炭资源开采工作大多运用综合开采技术,不仅可以提高采煤效率,还可以提升采煤工作的安全性。规范运用煤矿综采工艺,可以使采煤工作朝机械化、智能化方向发展,降低事故发生概率。基于此,从煤矿智能无人开采技术的特点入手,分析采煤工作面的常见灾害,研究智能无人开采关键技术,提出科学应用措施。 Coal mining is generally in an extremely complex environment.During the coal mining process,workers often encounter materials that are prone to sudden disasters such as roof and gas,posing a threat to their life safety.At present,most coal resource extraction work uses comprehensive mining technology,which can not only improve coal mining efficiency,but also enhance the safety of coal mining work.Standardizing the use of coal mine comprehensive mining technology can advance coal mining towards mechanization and intelligence,and reduce the incidence of accidents.Based on this,starting from the characteristics of intelligent unmanned mining technology in coal mines,this paper analyzes common disasters in coal mining faces,studies key technologies of intelligent unmanned mining,and proposes scientific application measures.
