机械拨动对番茄幼苗株型调控效果研究

摘要 蔬菜育苗容易受高温高湿、光照不足等因素的影响,造成幼苗徒长,育苗期间通过机械拨动幼苗是防治幼苗徒长的有效措施。以中蔬4号番茄为试验材料、苗床自走式幼苗拨动装置为试验器械,选取拨动次数、拨动频率2个试验因素,研究了不同处理对番茄幼苗生长指标、光合特性、茎部力学特性、内源激素的影响。结果表明,T2(t2)处理(每天拨动60次,8时、20时分别拨动30次)的综合评价最好,可有效调节和控制番茄幼苗的生长发育,防止徒长,提升茎秆硬度,能培育出更加适合机械化移栽的壮苗。 Vegetable seedling cultivation is easy to be affected by high temperature,high humidity,insufficient light and other factors,resulting in seedling growth.Mechanical stirring of seedlings during seedling cultivation is an effective measure to prevent seedling growth.The effects of different treatments on the growth indexes,photosynthetic characteristics,stem mechanical properties and endogenous hormones of Solanum lycopersicum seedlings were studied by selecting the number and frequency of stirring and using Zhongshu No.4 Solanum lycopersicum as experimental material and self-propelled seedling stirring device as experimental equipment.The results showed that T2(t2)treatment(stroked 60 times a day,stroked 30 times at 8 o'clock and 20 o'clock respectively)had the best comprehensive evaluation,which could effectively regulate and control the growth and development of Solanum lycopersicum seedlings,prevent the growth of seedlings,improve the stem hardness,and cultivate strong seedlings more suitable for mechanical transplanting.
